I’m trying to shift to a more neutral tone on my Instagram feed, and on this blog. This means toning down the bright colors that have normally been a part of my look, adding in black and white photos, and adding texture filters to all of my photos, so they appear to have a softer look.
The main way to change the color-tone of your feed is to stick to a specific color palette – for me, this means sticking to shades of pink, yellows (like this top you see below), browns, whites, silvers and golds, for my clothing choices.
If you’re a blogger/content creator/influencer, you should be constantly evolving, and growing through your look. You shouldn’t feel like you have to stick to one look for the rest of your life. It’s OK to switch it up, and in fact, you SHOULD be doing this. This has been hard for me to accept, but once I decided to shift my look, I became excited about it, and discovered a new-found motivation for my brand. I encourage you to think about switching up YOUR look! xoxo
