We’re on part 3 of my festival series – where I’ve showcased my fave types of festival-wear. The first part was featured the Western Rave look (hint: it’s all about the fringe). The second part was the bohemian/hippie trend, and the last part is all about the rock ‘n’ roll style.
If you’ve read my opinions on the rock ‘n’ roll music of the 60’s and 70’s, then this look should totally make sense. I’m a total believer in the magic of rock ‘n’ roll – put on any record by Led Zeppelin or The Eagles, and my soul is instantly cured. For anyone who doesn’t know about rock ‘n’ roll, this may sound dramatic. So, if you don’t know much about the Golden Age of music, a.k.a. the late 60’s and 70’s era, then I highly encourage you to give just one of these bands a listen. If you want some guidance, I suggest checking out my “Woodstock” playlist (shameless plug). Let me know your thoughts!
If you’re feeling like channeling your inner Keith Richards next festival, all you need is a pair of cycling shorts, your fave band’s t-shirt, and some badass boots. You’ll find me sporting the rock ‘n’ roll look on night one of ACL, when I get to experience Paul McCartney, and my life will finally be complete.
